How do I make initial contact?
For a consultation, you can send an email to beratung@swissmedmusica.ch
and provide a telephone number or e-mail address. You will be contacted within one to two working days.
What can I expect from a consultation?
Our specialists will listen to you, assess your situation and complaints and, if necessary, recommend further clarification or treatment, if possible in your region of residence. You are free to decide for yourself what further steps to take. Your data will not be stored and will certainly not be passed on. The counselling sessions are free of charge and can also be attended anonymously. SMM membership is not a requirement.
What are the ties to our counselling centre?
The professionals at our counselling centre are independent of all institutions (orchestras, music colleges, associations and so on). They have no financial interests and do not favour any forms of therapy.
